Today's overview --17-may-2023

I think today i worked better compared to yesterday. Total number of hours worked today is six hours. 

Today's learning:

Learnt from Sreejith that we need to do meditation and yoga along with walking and exercises. This will benefit mental and physical health.

Most of the people are fear about future. What is going to happen next and what would be my future career. So it is important to be vigilant about such thoughts and focus on the present. This requires energy and if the energy is low, such negative thoughts bombard the mind. In order to have full of energy, we need to do meditation or yoga along with other activities. 

Another important lesson i learnt is controlling the kids is not easy. You need to stop watching mobile to prevent him to watch mobile.

I still need to control my voice and i see sometimes i raise my voice to prove my point which is not good. I should learn to convey my thoughts in very simple and low voice. 

I still need to be disciplined about every activity without losing focus.

I need to give complete attention to the kid or wife while spending time with them without watching mobile or any electronic gadgets.

Awe!! Movie review

Awe!! Very few Telugu movies shock the audience in unexpected way. Movie is a medium can be used for entertainment or for better purpose like social issues. Some movies on social issues highlight and make the audience forget about it. But some movies shock the audience by highlighting how big the problem is.
One of such rare movie in Telugu is Awe!!. It is quite unique that one can say it is very spiritual, it is non-sense, it is very sensitive, it is so sad, it is psychological thriller etc. So many ways of interpretation. But one thing is it shocks the audience in the end in a very big way to make everyone to think about such problems.
It's very difficult to write anything about the movie story which is quite unique. It is as unique as the Hollywood movie inception. It is hard to get digested after watching climax.
A film usually touches on one social problem. But this film touches on many issues, not just touches, it haunts after watching with shock treatment.
To me, it is a film that explains what really Bhagavad-Gita is. Why one needs to read Bhagavad-Gita? It also explains how our lives are miserable with the movies created by us in our mind and suffer from them. It is more spiritual and I feel it also connects Vedanta which was never touched by anyone in indian cinema.
Hats off to Prashanth Varma for wonderful script and narration. It's quite tough to handle the subject. Kudos to all actors for making the film stands apart by contributing to it.
Last but not the least, congratulations to Nani for path breaking film in indian cinema with such a small budget.
Watch this movie that touches the problems those were never touched by any film. Also very less people talk about this.
Go with open mind and ready to get high voltage shock!!!

Baahubali 2

Baahubali.. People who had questioned there is no story in first part, now may complains about too much story. Jokes apart, kudos to rajamouli crew for making such a magnanimous movie in Indian cinema. People who complained that Indian movies are not on par with Hollywood style of story telling or making, can now be silent with this one. More than movie, it is all about characterization. Bahubali, devasena, bhallaladeva, sivagami, kattappa characters may stay alive for a long time. I am going to watch multiple times as I did not want the movie to end. 
Acting of prabhas, anushka, ramyakrishna, sathyaraj is one more reason to watch the movie. My rating --5/5 .. Watch this movie or else you will miss the emotional drama of ancient Indian kingdoms. How a son obeys his mother more than his power, how a king is ready to leave everything for dharma.. Hatsoff to vijayendra varma Garu for such a strong story. My only complaint about the movie is..length..I want it to be one more hour as I do not want to leave the theatre yet, even though movie length is already close to three hours. 
What I learnt is output of a work with complete dedication and involvement produce such a result that we wonder if it is really possible again. Never before and never after is exactly meant to the efforts of bahubali team.

Why is dattatreya called a guru of entire universe?

Ramana Maharishi says:  "Dattatreya is the universal Guru, isn’t he? And he has said that the whole world was his Guru. If you look at evil you feel you should not do it. So he said evil also was his Guru. If you see good, you would wish to do it; so he said that good also was his Guru; both good and evil, he said, were his Gurus. It seems that he asked a hunter which way he should go, but the latter ignored his question, as he was intent upon his aim to shoot a bird above. Dattatreya saluted him, saying, ‘You are my Guru! Though killing the bird is bad, keeping your aim so steadfast in shooting the arrow as to ignore my query is good, thereby teaching me that I should keep my mind steadfast and fixed on Ishwara. You are therefore my Guru.’ In the same way he looked upon everything as his Guru, till in the end he said that his physical body itself was a Guru, as its consciousness does not exist during sleep and the body that does not exist should therefore not be confused with the soul — dehatmabhavana (the feeling that the body is the soul). Therefore that too was a Guru for him. While he looked upon the whole world as his Guru, the whole world worshipped him as its Guru."

Baahubali review

#Baahubali you may call it average or not up to Hollywood movies range or inspired by many films but at the end it's a movie which should not be judged by watching first part of the movie. Yes, first part is nothing but half film and second half is pending. So it's a clever attempt by the great director jakkanna (rajamouli) to ensure not to disappoint the audience but also leaving them with many questions. It requires a lot of guts to make such a grandeur movie with covering as if first half of a movie and second half is yet to be completed, which I say is a tough task for any film maker.
It's a typical rajamouli mark movie where the story is wafer thin but his major asset is to get the emotion right and make the audience to immerse in his creative world. He makes audience to take vengeance against evil and yet sympathize with the suffering.
Coming to the movie, I would say it's a pride for Indian cinema with grandeur visuals which are never seen in any Indian film. Story is inclusive and it should be as it is only first half. War sequences can be questioned but still it's one of the best war episode I have seen. Every scene of the movie shows the hard work behind it. Hats off to the crew for making a film that every movie lover proud of. One may argue that its not on par with Hollywood movies but this is a bench mark set by an Indian film maker that our movies can beat Hollywood with less than tenth of expenditure of a Hollywood movie.
It's highly impossible for any film maker to make such a great film with 150 odd crores or
3 million dollars (any war movie budget is 50-100 million dollars.)
Cast: Prabhas did excellent job as a warrior, rana gave his career best performance. Anushka did very well but hard to digest her presence. Tamanna delivered her best. Ramakrishna steals the show by showcasing how a royal mother will be.
Overall, its must watch film to experience the visual grandeur.

Note: Don't go with expectations that you are going to watch a full movie. It's only half part and definitely second part will be 10 times better than the first

Who talk and think about god more often?

A is an atheist and does not believe in god.
He questions and blames others when he sees others talk about god or miracles of god. Moreover he posts many photos to prove himself right that god does not exists. He spends half a day to prove god's non-existence and to blame others for believing in god and spend time in thinking extensively to show case his belief is right. He cannot tolerate if someone questions him, whereas a devotee of god just spend an hour to think about god and believes that god exists and believes that all his activities are being carried out by god. So he does not spend much time in a day but still be happy.

Believe it or not an atheist spends half of his life to think about god.

Moral of the story: Hatred does not yield anything and moreover it makes other person to keep thinking about what he hates most rather than focus on what he loves most or what he wanted.

Focus on what you want rather than thinking about what you do not like or whom you hate.
